If you already own Apple’s iPad 2 and bought the smart cover(iPad 2 Accessories), but feel the need to add extra protection then AViiQ’s smart case is a great option for you.




AViiQ, the manufacturers of the popular laptop stand, have come up with candy-colored shells to protect the back of your tablet. The case is made of “rugged plastic encased in a solid aluminum plate anodized to match the colors of ipad 2 leather cases.”

The new smart case will obviously add more weight and thickness to your iPad 2 but it is certainly a great solution for anyone looking to keep their iPad completely protected not only from scratches but also from prying eyes.

When Apple introduced the ‘Smart Cover’ they wanted to offer a cover which does not add weight or hide iPad’s good looks’ but for some it still does not solve the purpose of protecting the device.



Third party accessory manufacturers have already introduced alternatives to Smart Cover in the market which add a higher degree of protection to the iPad.
